I cook for the moment it lands
For me, cooking is about the first bite—the reaction, the surprise, and the feeling that the meal was worth remembering. I build flavors to be bold, balanced, and instantly satisfying.
I learned by tradition and by travel
I learned to cook from my grandmother, and I kept learning by traveling—both around the world and from state to state—so I could understand different cuisines and execute them with confidence.
I lead with love and humility in the kitchen
My kitchen philosophy is simple: I love what I cook, even when I mess up. That mindset keeps me improving, staying honest with my craft, and delivering food I’m proud to serve.

Chef Decardio did an amazing job, he was on time, brought fresh ingredients, and pretty much figured everything out in my kitchen by himself which meant I didn't have to worry about the food at all. He's an amazing cook everything was delicious. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it
